Moore Studios has created this web site for the purpose of displaying our work and making information available to potential customers. As a user of our web site, Moore Studios grants you permission to view the images displayed on your computer screen with a web browser as we have displayed them within the pages on our site.

Any use of our images other than this is in violation of USC §17 "Federal Copyright Act".  This includes, but is not limited to printing an image, saving an image to disk, displaying an image on another web page, editing and image, linking directly to one of our images, or any other use.

We are very serious about prosecuting violators of our copyright and the law is very serious as well, providing penalties up to $100,000 per image.  If you are here for the purpose of stealing an image, think again and don't do it!

If you are our customer and want to use an image on your web site, please contact us for permission. We'll be glad to work with you.  If you are not our customer and display our images on another web site or link directly to one of our images, you are by doing so agreeing to pay Moore Studios a usage fee of $500 per image per month.
